What is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? (PTSD)
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder can happen to anyone. PTSD can be triggered through prolonged frightening experiences, or a single traumatic event.
It can be hard for a person to move past these difficult events, as there may be triggers in everyday life that bring back unhelpful thoughts, images and emotions which can make life difficult.
