What is Loss and Bereavement

Losing someone can bring a wealth of emotions that can be difficult to process. Someone can experience a type of grief from the death of someone close to them, this is bereavement.

There are many emotions that come with this type of loss that is not limited to sadness, this can include anger, guilt, regret or even relief.
