What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a normal human emotion that we all have at some point in our life for example at a job interview or an exam.
However, anxiety can become overwhelming when it starts to impact other areas of functioning in our daily lives. Anxiety is fear of the unknown and future. There are different types of anxiety which differs for each per-son as everyone responds to situations in different ways.
This includes our thinking, feelings, and our behaviours towards this.
There are different types of anxiety disorder with a similar common denominator, that anxiety is triggered by fear of the future and uncertainty.
